ChatGPT
Open chatgpt.com/plugins in a browser and click +.
Choose Add custom MCP server (some accounts show Create custom MCP server), name it Glesso and paste this as the Server URL.
https://mcp.glesso.com/mcpSet Authentication to OAuth, tick “I understand and want to continue” and click Create as a plugin.
Install the plugin. Glesso opens: check the app and the account, then click Allow.
Start a new chat, type @, pick Glesso and ask it something that needs a service you connected, for example “What's on my calendar today?”.
Good to know
- Custom MCP servers need a paid ChatGPT plan and the web app. Workspace admins can turn them off.
- ChatGPT asks you to confirm before a tool changes anything.
- ChatGPT signs in. It doesn't take API keys.
If it doesn't work
- Check the Server URL is exactly
https://mcp.glesso.com/mcp, including /mcp. - Tools missing after you connected another service? Open the plugin's details and click Refresh.
New to Glesso?
Create an account and connect a service first. Onboarding then shows this guide beside a live check that turns green at your app's first tool call.
