  1. Add Glesso. Codex opens your browser to sign in: check the account and click Allow.

    codex mcp add glesso --url https://mcp.glesso.com/mcp

  2. In the Codex app or IDE extension instead: SettingsMCP serversAdd serverStreamable HTTP, paste the address, save, restart Codex and click Authenticate.

If it doesn't work

  • No browser opened, or you need to sign in again? Run codex mcp login glesso.
  • codex mcp list shows the server. In a Codex session, /mcp lists its tools.
  • No browser on this machine (SSH, a container)? Create an API key, put it in GLESSO_KEY and add bearer_token_env_var = "GLESSO_KEY" under [mcp_servers.glesso] in ~/.codex/config.toml.
